Organic pumpkin seed oil 0.5l

When our oil pumpkins are ripe, the seeds are harvested, washed, dried and cleaned. At regular intervals throughout the year, we take it to the oil mill in Styria, where 100% pure, uniquely nutty pumpkin seed oil is pressed in a gentle pressing process, which we can take home with us the same day. After weaning, we fill it into our bottles. The award “1. Prize - GOLD at the Ölkaiser" in Wieselburg, which we were very happy about in 2021! Metz pumpkin seed oil tastes particularly good with wonderful summer salads, with sour beef, with sheep's cheese and in scrambled eggs. A special tip: a dash of pumpkin seed oil and a few pumpkin seeds over the vanilla ice cream – tastes great!
