Nestled in the heart of a preserved terroir, the Moulin Cantecaille embodies the excellence of the Provençal olive-growing tradition. Founded by enthusiasts, the mill perpetuates ancestral know-how, passed down from generation to generation, to extract the best from the olive and offer extra virgin olive oils of rare quality.

Each harvest is a ritual: the olives, hand-picked in family orchards, are immediately pressed in the mill to preserve all their freshness, their subtle aromas and their natural richness.
