Farmers for 4 generations, we made the choice more than 15 years ago to diversify the family farm by transforming part of our harvests into stone flour and cold-pressed oils. Still with the aim of reusing our harvests, we then started breeding laying hens. And here we are with the essential ingredients, 100% from our farm, to create our own country biscuit factory!
With already 10 delicious sweet shortbreads, 6 aperitif shortbreads, and 2 signature shortbreads from our Champagne region, our range continues to expand, notably with some limited editions depending on the season.
