At the Moulin des Courtils, we process the wheat we grow to produce local, quality flour.
From the rigorous selection and sowing of the best varieties of milling wheat, cultivation, harvesting, to milling and packaging; it is only with the production from our land that we make our flours.
We practice reasoned, responsible and sustainable agriculture. Our farm holds the High Environmental Value certification – HVE3 – confirming our full commitment to the agro-ecological transition.
We are developing a noble and exclusive product; a fresh and local product, born of centuries-old know-how and a modern and efficient tool.
