Hazelnut oil is made in our mill from top quality fruits. 
The hazelnuts are crushed and heated then kneaded. 
Then, the recovered oil is pressed, filtered, decanted and packaged without additives or preservatives. 
This fairly long process and the fruits used are the key to the success of an oil of exceptional quality. 
This vegetable oil is perfect for your seasonings.
