The Moulin Saint Michel has existed since 1744 in Mouriès, in the Vallée des Baux-de-Provence.
Family mill for 3 generations, we compose our oils by assembling the main varieties of olives from the Valley of Baux-de-Provence: Grossane, Salonenque, Verdale and Béruguette, so that they sublimate the flavors of the dishes to which they are destined.
Moulin Saint Michel olive oils offer an aromatic palette of exceptional finesse. They are characterized by a herbaceous taste and raw artichoke and are revealed in the mouth by a fruitiness and a more or less intense ardence according to the varieties of olives.
