Moya is a Polish-Japanese brand of premium organic tea grown in the regions of Uji, Kagoshima and Honshu in Japan. In these areas valued for clean air, delicate tea plants have the perfect conditions for growth. On family organic farms the tea is cultivated by using methods compatible with the natural ecosystem and without pesticides. After harvest, Moya tea is packed hermetically and dispatched from Japan in small batches. Then it is kept in special storage facilities in order to maintain its freshness. The quality is confirmed by rigorous standards of the EU organic certification.
The co-creator of Moya is Hitomi Saito from Japan. After graduating from the Urasenke tea ceremony school and the Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, she started to popularize the thousand year old tradition and properties of tea.
