Liaomi Baowei Lao Cha (Aged oolong)

Aged oolong «Precious flavor» was made in Liaomi tea farm (Nantou County) in the middle of 2000th. In appearance: medium-sized, brown flagella of twisted tea leaves and thin cuttings. The fragrance is deep, woody with dry fruits’ accent. The liquor is transparent, with mahogany hue. The bouquet of ready-made tea is aged and multifaceted, woody with vanilla, biscuit, spicy and balmy resins' notes. The fragrance is complex and soothing. The taste is full-bodied and rich, sweetish, with light woody tartness and berry sourness - varies during the tea drinking, playing with different nuances. Brew tea with hot water (95°С) in a porcelain gaiwan or in a teapot of porous clay.
