I'm Filippo, but you can call me Mr. Dobelina. I've always had a relentless love of burgers and was tired of coming back from the US loaded with potato buns to be able to make real American burgers for friends and family.
So I started handcrafting the hamburger buns of my dreams in Italy. I was inspired by the American buns that made hamburger history, and I refined my special recipe.
