HURCHARD PULP

Quality and refinement, all collected in this Sea Urchin pulp, or better known as Urchin Caviar.   Prepared with sea urchin eggs collected from the cliffs, rocks and seabed of the Cantabrian Coast.   The eggs are extracted manually, with extreme care and delicacy so as not to alter their consistency and flavour.
