mühle4 – Manufactory of fine spirits
Traditional craftsmanship reinterpreted - that is the passion of mühle4, the manufactory of fine brandies on the Lower Rhine. The love of fruit and crafts characterizes the work and products of the distillery in an old windmill on the outskirts of the Kempen district of St. Hubert. Single-variety table fruit, if possible from regional gardens and meadow orchards in the area, is sorted, cleaned and mashed by hand. The loving distillation of the noble brandies and spirits takes place in the smallest edition, taking into account the special requirements of the respective fruit varieties. The reward for this work: numerous awards since the distillery opened in 2017.
