BURN FROM THE SHADOW MOORELLE

When we got the morello cherries from the Eifel, we were curious to see whether the relationship between acidity and sweetness, depth and fruitiness would lead to a convincing taste. And now, after the first fire, we are sure: It was worth it. It is true that the effort is high and the yield is rather low due to the rather low sweetness of the fruit, but the result convinces with a combination of fruity sweetness and this wonderfully delicate hint of almond. Predicate: valuable!
