The power of the essential oils of their skins in combination with the refreshing sweet-bitter pulp make the tangerine a highly interesting starting product for a distillate. For us, a spirit from this fruit, which is part of our everyday life like no other, was the logical continuation of our work with oranges, blood oranges and cedros.
