Founded in 1965 as an imprint of the modern industry publishing house, mvg quickly established itself as a practical advice and life-help publisher. Early on, the focus was on psychology and partnership, spirituality and esotericism as well as love and sexuality. In 2008, the Munich publishing group took over the mvg publishing house and expanded the publishing program. Today mvg publishes educational guides, popular non-fiction books on psychology, health and mindfulness.
