Muroise et Compagnie is an artisanal jam maker located in Vallet, near Nantes, in the heart of the Nantes vineyards. True Adventurous Jam Makers, Estelle, Magali and their team have been imagining generous, original and full-of-personality artisanal jams for 14 years.

Our iconic recipe, Muroise®, is an exclusive creation and a registered trademark. Rare, delicate and intensely fruity, this iconic jam was awarded the 2021 Epicure d’Or, a fine recognition for this unique flavor that makes our house so special.
At Muroise et compagnie, each jar is designed as a small gourmet emotion. Our jams are made with more than 60% carefully selected fruit, just the right amount of brown cane sugar, and, for our organic recipes, sugar from organic and fair trade sources. The cooking is done in a copper cauldron, respecting traditional craftsmanship, and the filling is done manually to preserve beautiful pieces of fruit, sometimes even whole.

Our collection now includes more than 40 artisanal jam recipes, all designed to surprise, delight and liven up everyday toast. Here you'll find classic favorites like Plougastel Strawberries, Roussillon Apricots, and Mirabelle Plums from Lorraine, as well as gourmet creations such as Salidou Apples (winner of the 2026 Best Organic Product award), organic recipes, limited-edition flavors, Christmas jams, and sweet and savory chutneys… With their famous, easily recognizable little pink jars, Muroise & Co. jams bring an elegant, sparkling, and playful touch to breakfasts, brunches, afternoon snacks, cheese platters, and gourmet gifts.

Estelle, daughter of Michel, creator of the famous Muroise®, and Magali, granddaughter of a red fruit producer, took over the family jam-making adventure together in 2012.
