
The seeded version of our organic blackcurrant jam: a seedless blackcurrant jam made from blackcurrant pulp, a creamy texture, without any pieces or seeds, easy to spread, easy to digest and above all very tasty! - ideal on morning toast, -on pancakes, -in yogurts, - cottage cheese, -rice pudding... It is indeed a jam, made from blackcurrant pulp and not a jelly (a blackcurrant jelly would be prepared from blackcurrant juice). It is very tasty on vanilla ice cream or as a filling for sponge cakes or rolled cakes! The blackcurrant is one of the most delicious summer fruits, very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, not necessarily of great interest when consumed raw, the blackcurrant exudes all its aromas when processed: in jam, it is simply divine! -Made in our production workshop in Vallet (44), France. - All the pots are filled one by one by hand, 100% artisanal know-how. - Cooking in a copper cauldron. - Jar 350 g. - Packaged in cartons of 6 350 g pots. - Store in a cool place once opened.
