Homemade plum jam from Lorraine - 220 g Les Petites Françaises

Elegance and indulgence perfectly embodied through the new LES PETITES FRANCAISES collection from Muroise and company!    In a constant concern for quality and attached to French heritage and their 100% artisanal know-how, the Artisanes Aventurières Confiturières de Muroise and company present to you LES PETITES FRANCAISES, a refined “blue white red” collection 100% French, the charm of France, a true ode to tradition…and gluttony!    French fruits, carefully chosen from regional producers, are processed by hand (pitted, peeled, zested), then cooked in a copper cauldron with brown cane sugar harvested on the beautiful island of Reunion.   Potting is done entirely by hand to guarantee an incomparable richness in pieces of fruit.   All of these recipes are free of artificial additives and preservatives.    From the lid to the cardboard and labels, our suppliers are 100% French (and local wherever possible).    The mirabelle plum, this small golden yellow fruit, symbol of Lorraine, is the inspiring muse of this artisanal jam.   It is in this region steeped in history and tradition that the Mirabelle plums ripen in the mild climate, giving each jam a pure and authentic essence.    Mirabelle jam is a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication), this famous and succulent little yellow plum from Eastern France has a very delicate flavor with some notes of acidity, perfect for jams!    This artisanal jam lends itself to delicious combinations: -spread it on a slice of light brioche for a refined breakfast, - pair it with fresh goat cheese for an unforgettable aperitif experience. 
 It can also enhance a simple pancake or become the secret ingredient of a most exquisite mirabelle plum tart. - Made in our production workshop in Vallet (44), France. - All the pots are filled one by one by hand, 100% artisanal know-how. - Cooking in a copper cauldron. - Jar 220 g. - Packaged in cartons of 12 220 g pots. - Store in a cool place once opened.
