A jam rich in flavors with pieces of damson preserving all the authenticity of the fruit.     Quetsche, also known as Alsace plum, is a variety of plum characterized by its sweet and juicy flesh as well as its dark purple skin.                                        Grown organically, it benefits from an environmentally friendly growing process, without pesticides or chemicals.     How to taste it?   - on toast: generously spread the damson jam on a slice of wholemeal bread for an energizing breakfast.   - as a culinary accompaniment: use it as a "condiment" to accompany fine cheeses or integrate it into sweet and savory recipes to add a gourmet touch.   - Made in our production workshop in Vallet (44), France. - All the pots are filled one by one by hand, 100% artisanal know-how. - Cooking in a copper cauldron.   - Jar 350 g. - Packaged in cartons of 6 350 g pots. - Store in a cool place once opened.
