ORGANIC Vine Peach Jam

The REAL, the unique small Nantaise white peach jam (pitted by hand!) with shy freckles and such a fine and delicate fragrance. Our organic vine peach is grown in the Drôme. Rocked by the mistral, our producer's orchards have been converted to organic since 1970. The vine peach is a low-yielding variety, small in size, its very subtle taste and its good cooking properties are ideal for jams. Why vine peach? because it is harvested at harvest time! To make the best vine peach jam, like the one our beloved grandmothers cooked, we pit our vine peaches by hand. Then, the peach halves cook in a large copper cauldron with fair trade organic brown cane sugar. Then, we proceed to potting which is done by hand to preserve and ensure the presence of good and generous pieces of peach in our organic artisanal jam.
