Artisanal Quince Jelly from Provence - 350 g

Our Provence quince jelly is a delicious preparation made from ripe and juicy quinces.                                        Quinces are carefully selected for their intense aroma and sweet, tangy flavor.                                        This jelly is prepared from the juice of these quinces, cooked slowly with sugar until it obtains a perfect consistency.     With a smooth and firm texture, melting in the mouth, it has a beautiful golden color, reminiscent of ripe quince.                                        This artisanal quince jelly offers a subtle combination of sweetness and acidity, its taste is delicate and fragrant, very fruity and slightly floral, evoking the freshness of just-picked quinces.   - Made in our production workshop in Vallet (44), France. - All the pots are filled one by one by hand, 100% artisanal know-how. - Cooking in a copper cauldron.   - Jar 350 g. - Packaged in cartons of 6 350 g pots. - Store in a cool place once opened.
