This dressing is born from the synthesis of the ancient tradition of Balsamic Vinegar and the delicate taste of the black truffle of the Italian Apennines. Try it to enhance the flavour of first courses based on fresh pasta, risotto, grilled meat or mature cheeses. Only 3 totally natural ingredients: Concentrated grape must, wine vinegar, essence of precious black truffle that grows in the woods of the Apennines.
