Developed in 2018, our toothbrush is handcrafted in China in a small family factory that we visited and whose team we know personally! We have been working directly with them since 2016 for all our bamboo brushes. Handle Features: - Moso FSC bamboo. - Coated with vegetable wax, for guaranteed softness and durability. Head feature: - Moso FSC bamboo. - Nylon 6-10 bristles, derived from castor oil, with rounded ends for gentle brushing and to preserve your gums. - Bristles retained by stainless steel clips. - Hair color: transparent = without any dye - My Boo Company innovation. - Available in soft or medium. Characteristics and properties of Moso bamboo: - Bamboo Moso FSC, from natural forests managed in a sustainable and responsible manner with respect for resources and populations. Only species of bamboo not eaten by pandas. - 100% natural bamboo, untreated before and after harvest + zero inputs used (no pesticides, fertilizers or watering). - Rapid renewal of the resource thanks to a high growth rate of this species. - Naturally anti-bacterial. - Almost neutral carbon footprint: consumes 30% more CO2 than our trees during its growth, compensating for its manufacture and transport. Conditioning : - Individual kraft box - Zero glue for more responsible packaging. - Recyclable or compostable. - Possibility of 100% bulk on your request when ordering. Usage tips : - To put the head in place on the handle: do not force it, but gently push it in while screwing. - To remove the head: do not pull by forcing, but gently remove it by screwing. Maintenance tips : - Do not leave the handle to soak in stagnant water in a cup between two uses. Preferably dry it after each brushing with a towel before storing it. - Do not remove the head between each brushing, but only when changing it. Lifetime : - Identical to that of a conventional toothbrush. - Change the head about every three months according to the recommendations of the dentists. Keep the handle as long as it is in good working order! About 3 to 5 years. End of life : - Head: pluck the hairs with pliers; they are to be placed in the trash (even if they are recyclable, they are not in the French system…). Metal staples should be recycled with metals. - Handle: place in compost or upcycle.
