How often and when to floss Boo? - Normally after each meal and before brushing your teeth. - At least once a day, in the evening. How to use the dental floss Boo? 1. Cut a piece of yarn about 50cm in length. 2. Wrap the thread around the two index fingers, leaving a space of about 5 cm. 3. Slide it between 2 teeth to the gumline. 4. Make a back and forth movement of the floss along the tooth, on the front then at the back (without moving the base of the floss located between the teeth). Perform the same movement on the other tooth. 5. Remove the thread and slide it between the index fingers to take the next 5 cm. Always change the portion of the wire when you change the interdental space. 6. Repeat the operation between each tooth. 7. Rinse your mouth with clear water then brush your teeth.
