Buttercup Salt 70g

Buttercup is one of the many names of marigold. The slight taste of marigolds is reminiscent of fragrant flowers and maybe something of a flower meadow. The buttercup salt comes into its own on raw vegetables, as it does can taste slightly bitter when heated. THE SPECIAL: We only use orange bis in our salt golden yellow petals of marigolds. The fine flowers must be processed particularly gently to still be able to recognize the structure in the salt. INGREDIENTS: Table salt * iodized (table salt, potassium iodide, sodium ferrocyanide) & Buttercups (3%) * Austrian alpine salt
