With the magnets that they place on the magnetic board, they compose their meals for the week using the educational booklet which helps them in their choices. This educational tool refers to the nutritional recommendations of the National Health Nutrition Plan and therefore encourages “eating well”. The number of magnets has been carefully quantified to allow all children to create balanced meals whatever their choices.
