It is above all a long-standing passion, a lover of rum, cooking and travel. As I traveled around the world, new taste opportunities opened up to me. All these discoveries, fruits, spices and flavors of all kinds, have enabled the development of new innovative, unique and refined recipes.
Through these recipes, I wanted to express a way of telling a country, a journey. These destinations are an integral part of my inspiration. So many recipes that tell a story.
