Spicy

A spicy arranged rum with complex notes, oscillating between the greediness of red fruit, the spiciness of West Indian pepper and the bitter woody of sour orange rind. Very good accompaniment for the famous Creole accras. This recipe won the bronze medal at the International Top Rum Competition in 2019.
