These Amazonian nuts are harvested wild in the Amazonian forest. Then they are shelled by hand, creating dozens of jobs, rather than by the mechanized process. Thus, we had the idea of recovering the breakage resulting from the shelling. Some of these are damaged during shelling and are cut in half: these are our walnut nuggets. They are already attracting many stores, which have even replaced it with the whole nut. Also, in order to upcycle these 'losses', we coat these kernels with salty and sweet recipes!
