At our El Hoyo estate we have the best known of the Italian varieties, the Frantoio, a Mediterranean olive aria with the touch of one of the best oil craftsmen in Spain, Naturvie. Tasting: Medium-high green fruity oil with aromas of freshly cut grass, apple and banana. In the mouth it is completely harmonic without predominance of spicy or bitter.
