Salt flakes with herbs from the dehesa of Extremadura. The oregano, thyme, mint or rosemary blend perfectly with the flake salt made in Salinas de Isla Cristina, Huelva. Uses: Ideal for use in stews and roasts in the oven; extraordinary on a leg of lamb or kid. You can use it, of course, in salads and fish but also in vegetable purees to give them a different touch.
