Game Baeckeoffe - 380g

This deer & wild boar baeckeoffe was lovingly concocted in our workshop in Alsace. Hotpot of winter vegetables (carrots, turnips, potatoes), this traditional dish is well known to all Alsatians. To achieve this, we only used sustainably hunted French wild game. Baeckeoffe means "the baker's oven". It is a traditional Alsatian dish, based on marinated meats and vegetables, which in the old days were cooked in the baker's oven (the only oven in the village). 380g jar, twist off closure
