The pump can be locked in the lowered position to store the centrifuge on shelves or cabinets.   USE: 1.Place the rotating basket in the rotating bowl.   2.Place the cover and align with the lock position and lock both sides.   3.Put the lid away and turn the handle to dry the vegetables inside.   4.Stop turning the handle, and the rotating basket will stop.
