Nèulo is a Provençal delicatessen brand co-created by Gauthier Rosario, a native of the region, and Pastry Chef, French Dessert Champion Pierre-Jean Quinonero.
By offering a range of organic products, of exceptional quality and handcrafted in Provence, Nèulo has made it its mission to (re)discover the authentic flavors of the region while creating original recipes thanks to the expert eye of the Chef. pastry cook.
