This washed coffee fully expresses the richness of the volcanic soils, enhanced by the Xocomil winds which bring a distinctive freshness to each sip. HASAbout the Farm: The Pampojila farm, taken over by Alex Herrera after the devastation caused by Storm Agatha in 2012, is an example of resilience and dedication. By restoring infrastructure and replanting coffee trees on 250 hectares, Alex not only restarted production, but also gave work to around a hundred local families. Today, the farm continues to develop, with particular attention to the renovation of the mill and the preservation of the other 250 hectares of nature reserve. Located in the Atitlán region, the farm benefits from an exceptional terroir, marked by its soils rich in organic matter and its microclimate influenced by the surrounding volcanoes.
