NEON, HOT PINK AND GLITTER NECKLACE Neon and glitter. If you can think of a better combo, please let me know. This was an idea for a quirky Christmas necklace, but it is here to stay! Glitter is acceptable, always. This will look the bees knees with your Christmas jumper or jammies, or anything else actually.
