CHARACTERISTICS * Handmade out of 925 Silver (9g) * Width: 7 mm * High polished ABOUT YARDAN Yardan means “King” in the Arabic language, and it’s often used as a name for men. The inspiration for this design derived from a palace in Babylon (now modern Iraq) from around 2235-1520 BC. King Sargon lived in the palace. The building was known for the unique style of architecture that was very uncommon around that time. The entrance to the palace had remarkable rectangular shapes resulting in an astonishing effect. These rectangular shapes represent the values of an honest king, equality, stability, and fairness. The entrance of this palace in Babylon inspired us to create this unique silver ring. Not only because of the elegant and timeless shapes, but also the hidden meaning that these rectangular shapes entail. The one wearing this ring literally carries these values with him. We've brought back the historical architecture of Babylon, and transformed the properties and shapes of this palace into a unique ring named Yardan.
