Carrot Cake 500gr (bulk)

Carrot Cake is our house mix for fall, winter, and Christmas. It is similar to the so-called "Pumpkin Spice" mix, very popular in the United States, a spice mix similar to our Gingerbread mixes, used for the famous Pumpkin Pie or Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving dinner, or to make delicious carrot cakes. Along with a dominant Cinnamon, our blend also includes ginger, Jamaican pepper, better known as “four spices”, tonka bean, green anise and a hint of cloves. It is suitable for all seasonal desserts and pastries, also flavors a latte or chai tea, but is also wonderful for seasoning homemade foie gras, or simply sprinkled on top when serving!
