Dukkah is an Egyptian mixture traditionally eaten with bread and oil. It comes in the form of a coarse powder, a mixture of spices and nuts. Composed of spices and roasted nuts, this very gourmet mixture is available at all meals from breakfast to dinner. For this mixture, we have chosen to work with fatty hazelnuts from Piedmont, roasted and crushed to accentuate this “sweet and salty” side. Like all our blends, the grinding of the spices and the assembly is carried out regularly from our workshop in Paris. Our Piedmont Hazelnut Dukkah contains sesame seeds, cumin, coriander and Piedmont hazelnuts.
