Our sturdy miniature: You know NORK mild and gentle - now we come with the aroma club! The second double grain from NORK surprises with character, finesse and – yes – simply a lot of taste! While the focus of the NORK Original is on the mildness and gentleness of the distillate, our NORK Derbe proves that grain does not have to be tasteless. Fruity to earthy grain notes as well as aromas of peat smoke and freshly baked bread are reminiscent of unaged whiskey, grappa or even mezcal and delight both pure and in exciting drinks and cocktails. Together with the Sasse Feinkorn distillery, we developed this spectacular grain, which is also winning a lot of fans in other spirits warehouses. Grain still comes from can! Wheat, rye and peated barley malt are the basis, traditional craftsmanship is the secret - a really coarse double grain is the result.
