Created in 1920, the "DIANE DE POYTIERS" house has been managed for 30 years by Frédéric CHAMBONNIERE (3rd generation) and his son Théo Chambonniere (4th generation).
The 650 m2 company has a 50 m2 showroom.
Ten people are active in this prestigious factory and take the greatest care to bring to this delicacy the best quality and the know-how of the nougat artisans.
Three to four firings per day are carried out with an annual production of 75 tons of nougat. The company perpetuates the tradition by favoring the use of local and authentic products, such as honey and almonds, in order to better control the quality of raw materials.
"Our products are cooked in a copper cauldron heated in a bain-marie, respecting the traditional recipe."
