Presented in a pretty display box of 24 bars Ingredients: Sugar, ALMONDS 28% (EU origin), Glucose syrup, Honey 19% (EU origin), PISTACHIOS 2%, Icing sugar, EGG white, Natural vanilla extract, Potato starch, Unleavened bread ( Water, starch, olive oil). Possible traces of other nuts. Production method: Cook honey and glucose syrup in a cauldron, add egg whites followed by cooked sugar, vanilla, almonds and pistachios.
