Thanks to our approximately 250 hives located in the most beautiful places of the French capital, such as the museum of the invalids, the ministry of the interior and the roofs of Montmartre.
We therefore take advantage of the range of flavors of the honeys of Paris to develop our nougats and sweets.
We like to combine traditional delicacies with fruit and plant flavors that we dehydrate and cover with a delicate fruit leather.
Congratulated by the greatest chefs (Guy Savoy, Thierry Marx, Eric Briffard...) for our work, we constantly renew our creations to adapt to the seasons and to push our creativity ever further.
