WHO ARE WE ?
Noun is my nickname: Manon alias Noune, Nounette, Manou; so that's how I wanted to name my brand. But behind Noun La Noisette also hides Jacques. Jacques is my father alias Jacquo or Jack.

It has been three years since we planted our first hazelnut trees and since then we have taken care of 10,000 trees as best we can. With patience, with relentlessness, with a lot of love. And I admit that Jacques is more gifted than me for that.
We have thus joined a cooperative that links us to nearly 300 other planters and producers of walnuts and hazelnuts in France.
It is with these hazelnuts that we have been cooking, mixing, mixing and creating Noun products for two years.
