Mashed hazelnuts with honey 200gr

My Honeymoon. 60% roasted hazelnuts, 40% all-flower honey from Pyrénées-Atlantiques and Landes. No more no less. I chose to work with Nicolas, Beekeeper, for his work ethic and his sensitivity to nature. I was lucky enough to be able to learn a little more about this fascinating profession as well as about bees thanks to him. Some of his hives are installed at my Grandpa's, and I think that some of this honey may come from the flowers he loves so much.
