TERMS OF USE You can use this dry hot water bottle for both hot and cold: - Hot: To reheat it, spend 1 minute maximum in the microwave at maximum power or in a traditional oven, 10 minutes maximum at 80° hot oven. Once heated, stir the hot water bottle to distribute the heat between the cores. Do not heat twice in a row, allow to cool completely before heating again. - Cold: place the hot water bottle in the freezer for several hours MAINTENANCE TIPS You can wash the cover in the washing machine at 30 or 40°.
