When we first held instructions for making chocolates in our hands six years ago, we had no idea how our passion for sweet things would develop. Creams were stirred, pralines were coated and chocolate bars were poured.
Friends & family were pampered and we received consistently positive feedback.
At this point, we had already invested in the first machine that grinds cocoa so finely that the tongue no longer feels a grain.
Nunocci was invented when it became clear that the confectioner made pralines and we made nut nougat cream.
Productive times followed, the first online shop was created and you could soon stock up on Nunocci in the first store.
Over the last year we have constantly developed ourselves, tried out new recipes and thrown more than just hazelnuts into our mills.
The idea for the new website came about and in our new production kitchen we now have the space to produce enough nut creams for everyone.
The future of Nunocci is full of possibilities and we are excited about what developments still await us.
