In 1830, Earl Gray, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, gave his name to this now famous fragrant tea. This aromatic infusion consists of Ceylon black tea and essential oils of bergamot bark. It took us no less than 25 tries to obtain this recipe, yet so simple. We hope you like it too.
