98 - Bai Mu Dan

Bai Mu Dan means "white peony" in Chinese. This tea has been very popular in China since the beginning of the 15th century and special attention is paid to its manufacture. The leaves of this tea must withstand the high temperatures and humid climate of southern China and are harvested exclusively by hand in March and April each year. Its floral aromas and subtle fruit notes are followed by fuller flavors, as this tea is a cross of traditional green tea and white tea.
