Founded in 1947, the Jos Nusbaumer distillery is an essential site in the Villé Valley. A center of distillation know-how, it now knows how to delight the most loyal fans of classic eaux-de-vie but also interest new spirits lovers.
Its teams specialize in the distillation of eaux-de-vie and the production of fruit and plant liqueurs, but also new plant-based spirits (French gins & aquavit).
Since its founding by Joseph Nusbaumer, plant processing has been the distillery’s core business. Its mid-mountain ecological environment, as well as the Vosges biodiversity, give it access to a wide variety of plants, wild berries and spices.
The distillery is labeled EPV - Living Heritage Company - and enjoys a great reputation due to the quality of its products, distributed exclusively via a very selective network.
