Waldkrutter herbal liqueur - 40° - 70 cl

Waldkrutter herbal liqueur is a new original recipe. HASdigestive vocation, it will delight the greatest fans of plant liqueurs. 
With its complex composition, our liquor maker wanted to create a recipe reflecting the exceptional setting of the distillery: the Alsatian Vosges and its fir forest.   This liqueur is obtained by maceration of different plants and spices in a blend of different Nusbaumer liqueurs and Jos’Berri gin. 
It is then adjusted with sugar syrup and reduced to the degree using Steige spring water, before cold filtration to perfect the production.   Tasting notes: - Nose: fresh and voluptuous. 
On the first nose, we note notes of anise, verbena, lemon balm and gentian. HASaeration, scents of peppermint, cut hay and alfalfa complete these nuances. 
The licorice is also noticeable. -Mouth: ample and very creamy. 
Lots of attack but refreshed by minty flavors. 
Then, notes of lemon balm and wicker add a lemony touch. 
Aromatic plants and especially the fir arrive with pleasure. -Finish: long and very slightly tannic. 
The mint and sage linger in the mouth.
